At the World Beer Awards 2026 in Norwich, Alfa Edel Pils was crowned World's Best Classic Pilsener. It first took gold in the Dutch round, then beat more than fifty national winners from around the world. That is the beer coming out of our taps in Amsterdam and Utrecht, chilled to 4°C.
Alfa has been brewed in the Limburg village of Thull for 156 years. Still a family brewery, still the traditional family recipe, still their own Meens yeast strain. No shortcuts, no filler ingredients: pure Limburg pilsener.
In November 2010, the Noord-Hollands Dagblad reported on a remarkable order: a custom-built beer bike shipped from the Netherlands to Bangkok, destined for the personal collection of King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand. The builder? Us. It's the kind of story that proves we don't just rent out party bikes — we've been designing and manufacturing them for over 15 years. We also sell beer bikes worldwide, new and refurbished, through our sister brand Groupbike.

What groups ask us before they book.
Up to 16 guests plus our professional driver. Ten seats have pedals, the others are for sitting back and enjoying the ride. For safety and legal reasons a 17th person is not possible.
Bigger group? We combine bikes. A group of 26, for example, rides on one bike of 16 and one of 10.
You pay per bike, not per person. The Beer Bike in Amsterdam costs €300 for up to 6 people, €375 for 7 to 8, €440 for 9 to 12 and €530 for 13 to 16. In Utrecht the Beer Bike starts at €350, and the Mix Bike starts at €350 in Amsterdam.
Prices exclude booking fees. You see the exact price when you pick a date. Fewer than 6 people? The Share Bike costs €39.90 per person.
Tours run every day of the week. In Amsterdam a tour starts every 90 minutes: 09:00, 10:30, 12:00, 13:30, 15:00, 16:30, 18:00, 19:30 and 21:00. Utrecht has the same times, with the last tour at 19:30.

The Beer Bike comes with 20 litres of beer on tap at 4°C. For €50 extra it's unlimited, up to 40 litres. In Amsterdam and Utrecht we tap Alfa Edel Pils, World's Best Classic Pilsener 2026.
The Prosecco Bike has one bottle of prosecco per person. The Mix Bike has 20 litres of beer plus 6 bottles of prosecco.
If someone in your group doesn't drink beer or prosecco, they can bring their own drinks. Strong spirits such as jenever are not allowed on the bike: the local authorities don't permit it, and neither do we.
No. The amount of drinks on board is based on what an average group drinks, and that already takes into account people who don't drink at all.
The tour goes on. Every bike has a built-in roof against rain and wind. On cold days bring a hat, scarf and gloves, and wear flat shoes and comfortable clothes.
No. Every bike has electric pedal assist, so bridges and headwind are no problem. Ten people pedal, the rest can relax.
Yes, everyone must be 18 or older. Bring a valid ID: the police can ask for it during the tour.
